Keep Your Authority

Use AI for support without handing over clinical decisions, coding choices, or final judgment.

AI should make your work clearer, not riskier

You do not need another complicated technology lesson. You need a safe, practical way to ask better questions without entering PHI or letting AI make decisions for you.

  • Bring a real MDS mindset to a fictional case
  • Practice three short prompts you can reuse
  • Question the output before you trust it
  • Keep every clinical and coding decision human

You lead. T.O.N.I. supports.

T.O.N.I. is your thinking partner, not your replacement. You bring the resident-centered experience, clinical knowledge, and professional judgment. AI helps you slow the noise down, organize the task, and identify the questions you need to answer offline.

  • You protect the resident
  • You verify the facts
  • You make the final decision
